EQUIPMENT SUPPORTS
The RTU-20 Equipment Supports are designed to support air handlers, blowers and exhaust fans. The supports are designed for installation without roof penetrations, flashings, or damage to the roofing material. The supports can be used for virtually any roofing system – from flat roofs to roofs sloped up to 2 in 12. The supports should be spaced according to the specifications.
Seismic and High-Wind applications are available for the system.

Frames: Manufactured from 1-5/8" B22TH channel and 1-7/8" BTS22TH channel .125-.250W when telescoped.
HDG or Stainless Steel threaded rods, nut and washers.

RTU-20 Center Installation
New Equipment
- Layout isolation pads, (provided by contractor), according to the design and layout.
- Level and square supports before any weight is applied.
- Place equipment onto supports.
- Fine tune supports until unit is level.
- Attach allthread or bracing to RTU-20 supports to hold all support units in place.
Retro fit
- Lift equipment enough to remove existing support.
- Clean area where RTU-20 is to be placed.
- Place ISO pad, provided by contractor.
- Put RTU-20 support on pad.
- Level and square supports before any weight is applied.
- Place equipment onto support.
- Fine tune supports until unit is level.
- Attach allthread or bracing to RTU-20 support to hold all support units in place.
